Scrum Master (Customer Success)

Analyze Re builds innovative cloud-based pricing, risk management and decision support software for insurance, reinsurance and capital markets. We are entering a new phase of Analyze Re’s growth by expanding our product portfolio and global reach. Our Customer Success team is seeking to fill the role of experienced Scrum Master to lead the planning and coordination of our customer projects and to collaborate with business stakeholders and customers on identifying their individual needs.

We build risk assessment and management solutions that are used to drive multi-million dollar decisions and we value attention to detail, accuracy, and robustness.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Lead to understand and define individual project requirements
  • In cooperation with engineers formulate relevant stories and tasks
  • Plan and schedule stories and tasks in 2 week sprints
  • Ensure sprints stay on track and roadblocks are appropriately addressed
  • Incorporate team’s feedback into future sprints
  • Continuously report relevant sprint metrics to the team, customers and business stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills when interacting with engineers, customers, and business stakeholders
  • Experience in managing medium to large scale software development projects following the Scrum methodology
  • Familiar with issue tracking software such as JIRA
  • Understanding of Scrum related metrics and how they are being affected
  • Formal project management training or Scrum Master certification is a plus
